Please keep your initial enquiry brief. Do not send passports, identity records, health information or payment-card details until we explain what is needed and how to provide it securely. If you engage us, further information about handling records for your matter will be provided as part of that process.
Website visits
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website and diagnose problems.
This Beta website does not provide account registration, document uploads or an enquiry-submission form. Email links open your own email application. We have not enabled advertising pixels, third-party analytics or embedded chat, voice or video tools.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use Vercel for website hosting and Google Workspace for business email. These providers may process information in Australia or overseas through their infrastructure and service arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where you authorise it, where needed to provide agreed services, or where required or permitted by law.
Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The Department of Home Affairs privacy notice describes the Department’s handling of information; it is separate from this policy.
